An exploratory video call with a member of the Talent team. The purpose of this call is to ensure that both you (the candidate) and PlayPlay are aligned. This conversation is to explore your fit at PlayPlay and most questions are centered around past experiences, your goals, and any questions about the role/company.
The objective of this meeting is to review your personal and professional experiences in depth, in order to evaluate how well you fit the role we are hiring for. Our managers will also give you more insight on their current projects, and where they would like to see you within the team.
In this step, you will complete a case study assignment that will be sent to you shortly after the experience interview. You will have time to prepare it from home. Later, during your interview, you will present your case study to two job experts.
*For technical & product profiles, the case study will be carried out in real time with a senior member of your potential future team.

We will ask you situational question with our values in mind, to asset the fit.
You will meet a senior manager at PlayPlay. Without any surprises, discussion will mostly revolve around management. Do not hesitate to have your management playbook in mind!
The last step is to have a conversation with your future second line manager (or CEO if applicable) to get to know each other and speak about PlayPlay’ strategic vision, for your direct department or at a global level (discussions will be adapted to the job level).
